Marvelous Baked Meatballs

This recipe is to make meatballs in the oven then place them in the crock pot with sauce. I always place meatballs over buttered egg noodles.

You will need:

2 lbs hamburger
1 egg
1 box Turkey stuffing mix
1/4 cup water
Garlic salt
Salt
Rosemary

Add all ingredients be sure to add stuffing mix slowly add more water if mixture is not sticky
Roll meatballs to desired size, you can use an ice cream scoop to get even measurements
Place them on a cooking sheet cover with foil
Bake 12 minutes at 375 degrees flip over meatballs ad bake for 12 more minutes or until brown and crispy.
Use, freeze or add to meat ball sauce.

Now for the sauce:

12 oz jar of chili sauce (near the ketchup)
18 oz of grape jelly

Place into crockpot and add meatballs
Cook on high for 2-3 hours and low for 4-6 hours
